Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns at this time.  All sales are final.

If an order has been proven to be defective/damaged during transit, we will work with each customer on an individual basis to help resolve the situation. Exchanges will only (possibly) apply regarding situations in which an order has arrived damaged to the customer during transit. To qualify for a claim, the customer must provide picture evidence via email within 30 days of purchase. 

Orders that are refused/unclaimed by customer's at the final destination are not eligible for return/refund/exchange. Please note that any additional fees, customs, duties, VAT or otherwise are the responsibility of the customer and the country in which they reside. A customer who refuses a package upon delivery for ANY reason, waives their right to any refund or compensation.  We are unable to ship the same package back to you -- you would have to make a repeat purchase of the same items (with additional shipping fees). Please note this when placing your order. 

Return/refund/exchange of items purchased due to the scent not being the scent preferred will not qualify as a valid reason. Each product listed has a complete description of the scent profile. Customer's are responsible for reading through each item before they make their final purchase. 

Customer's are also responsible for reading through each ingredient listing for each product they wish to purchase -- making sure there are no allergies, sensitivities, personal lifestyle restrictions or otherwise. We are not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. There will be no return/refund/exchange offered for these aforementioned reasons.
